To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your customer account. Cancellation eligibility is based on whether the item has already been fulfilled.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, sealed hygiene or personal care goods that have been opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification, unless a legal exception applies.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
For EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be handled in line with applicable EU consumer rules.
