Which lens package should I choose?

If you want just the frame, choose Frame Only. For fashion or screen-time use without a prescription, choose Non-Prescription (clear lenses fitted). If you need vision correction, choose Prescription and submit your prescription after ordering.

Do all packages include UV protection?

Yes — all MCROONS frames include UV protection in any lens option.

What is the difference between Transition and Polarised lenses?

Transition lenses automatically darken in sunlight and clear indoors. Polarised lenses reduce glare permanently and are ideal for driving, water sports and bright outdoor use.

Can I add blue light protection?

Yes — blue light filter lenses are available as an upgrade option on prescription and non-prescription orders.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery is not currently available. Standard delivery timescales are shown at checkout.

My tracking shows Pending — what should I do?

Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. If it remains Pending after 5 working days, contact our support team at support@mcroons.com.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and military addresses?

Yes — we ship worldwide including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

How are customs and import duties handled?

International orders may be subject to import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties vary by country and order value.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before dispatch. Contact support@mcroons.com immediately if you need to update your address.

Are your lenses scratch-resistant and impact-resistant?

Yes — all MCROONS lenses meet standard scratch-resistance and impact-resistance requirements for everyday wear.

Are your clothing sizes true to size?

Yes — size charts are provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

How do I clean my MCROONS glasses?

Use the microfibre cloth included with your order or from our 5-Piece Glasses Care Kit. Avoid hot water, harsh chemicals and paper tissues. Store in the provided case when not in use.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Shopify only supports one discount code per order. Some codes cannot be combined with automatic promotions.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact support@mcroons.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
